5 pounders and an escapee
A few of the pups are already 5 pounders. They love their soaked kibble and have a nice set of baby teeth. This afternoon, we had our first escapee - Tahoe, one of the smallest pups, climbed over the half gate (step-over gate for Yoko). So I will need to insert a taller panel tomorrow before I leave for work. The pups are starting to engage in boisterous play and love human attention. Yesterday, the pups received another nail trim. This afternoon I did some rude petting (ears, tails, paws) and briefly cradled them on their backs. They have getting brushed with a soft brush for a couple of weeks already.
